Lewis Meers, founder and President of Lewis Meers, CPA, P.C., located in Pampa, Texas, has been with the firm since its inception in 1982. He began his career in public accounting in 1972 and was certified in 1975.

Lewis has extensive experience as a business advisor for banks, construction companies, automobile dealerships, governmental agencies and numerous other types of businesses. His experience includes serving as facilitator of strategic planning sessions, conducting profitability enhancement reviews, merger and acquisition planning, designing incentive compensation plans and a wide range of business consulting.

He is involved with implementing and designing plans involving family limited partnerships as well as a program for improving businesses bottom line profits. He has also spoken before national audiences on family limited partnerships.

Lewis holds a B.B.A. degree in accounting from West Texas State University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of CPAs. He has served on various governmental, church, and non-profit boards of directors including: Pampa Economic Development Corporation, Gray County Appraisal District, Pampa Industrial Foundation, Texas Panhandle Regional Development Corporation, charter member and director of Lake McClellan Improvement, Inc., and charter member and director of New Life Assembly of God Church.
